By browsing powershacklb.com or placing an order with PowerShack — whether through the website or over WhatsApp — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site or place an order.
PowerShack is an online networking equipment store based in Beirut, Lebanon, selling genuine TP-Link products — routers, mesh systems, switches, access points, and related smart home gear. Orders are placed through the website catalog and confirmed over WhatsApp, with payment collected in cash on delivery.
We try to keep specifications, images, and stock levels accurate, but errors happen — a listing might reference the wrong photo, or stock might sell out between browsing and checkout. If something's wrong with what you ordered, we'll flag it before dispatch and you're free to adjust or cancel the order at no cost.
Prices are listed in US Dollars, with a Lebanese Pound equivalent shown where applicable, calculated at the exchange rate in effect at the time of your order. Prices may change without notice to reflect supplier or currency shifts, but the price confirmed with you at checkout is the price you pay — it won't change after confirmation.
Sending an inquiry through WhatsApp is a request to order, not a binding contract — the order is confirmed once we reply verifying stock, price, and delivery details. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is actually out of stock, or if we suspect fraudulent activity), in which case we'll let you know and no payment will be taken.
We currently accept cash on delivery only, in USD or the LBP equivalent at the prevailing rate. No prepayment, deposit, or card details are required to place an order.

Change-of-mind returns and defective-item replacements are covered by our Return Policy. Manufacturer warranty terms apply on top of our own return window and are honored according to the terms published by TP-Link for the specific product.

Product names, logos, and images belonging to TP-Link and other manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only.
PowerShack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website — for example, downtime caused by a misconfigured device, or business losses tied to a network outage. Our liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable Lebanese consumer protection law.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate. The version posted on this page is always the current one, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from use of the site or an order placed with PowerShack fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.
