Same brand, exact model number, same variant. A similar-spec item from a different model line doesn't qualify.
The competing seller must have it in stock right now, and so must we — out-of-stock listings on either end don't count.
The price has to come from a real, operating business in Lebanon — not a marketplace listing, an overseas import, or an unverifiable social media post.
Send a link, screenshot, or receipt we can actually check. Prices we can't confirm can't be matched.
1) The product you're looking at on our site. 2) Where you found it cheaper, with a link or screenshot. 3) Confirmation it's currently in stock there. We'll check it against the conditions above and reply with a yes, no, or a follow-up question — usually within the same conversation.
If the competing price comes from stock that isn't sourced through a legitimate channel, it's excluded regardless of how low it is.
Individual listings on general marketplaces or classifieds sites aren't treated as verifiable retail pricing.
Prices that only apply with a specific promo code, bundle, or minimum quantity purchase don't qualify on their own.
Flash sales, closeout pricing, or limited-quantity promotions are excluded — they're not standing prices.
We only match pricing on new, sealed units — not refurbished, used, or display stock.
If a price is clearly a typo or system glitch on the competing site, it won't be matched.
Every request is reviewed individually, and the decision on whether it qualifies rests with our team. This policy can be updated at any time to keep pricing fair and consistent across requests.
