Most of what we sell works fine bought one unit at a time. But a chunk of our catalog exists for a different kind of buyer: the installer wiring three floors of an office, the property manager standardizing WiFi across a building, or the small IT team that needs a controller managing a dozen access points instead of logging into each one separately.
If that's you, the conversation is different from a normal order. You need port counts and PoE budgets that actually add up, gear that's compatible across a whole deployment, and someone who'll answer a technical question before you commit to a design — not just process a checkout.
Is there a minimum order for bulk pricing?
No fixed minimum — send us the device count and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth a bulk quote or better priced as a standard order.
How fast do you turn around a quote?
Usually the same day on WhatsApp once we have a device count and site layout. Larger multi-building specs can take a bit longer if we need to size a controller or gateway.
Do you do site visits?
For Beirut and Mount Lebanon, yes, on a case-by-case basis for larger deployments. For most jobs, photos and a rough floor plan over WhatsApp are enough to spec accurately.
Can I open a standing account as an installer?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp and we'll set one up so repeat orders don't need to be re-quoted from scratch each time.
Floor plan or floor count, rough device count, and whether it's new cabling or working with what's already there — that's usually enough for us to put together a first-pass spec and a quote.
